まずは質問時のフレーズを確認しておきましょう。
在庫の有無だけでなく
早く出荷できるか？など
幅広いフレーズをマスターすると

在庫がないことを英語で伝えよう
残念ながら在庫がない場合は

といった表現が使えます。
他に代替品ならすぐに発送できるなど
対応策のフレーズも覚えておくと

お客様のことを考え、対応オプションを伝えることができると
良いですよね。
